5 sentenced under new Federal anti-statutory stalking laws.

Wichita, KS; Two people were sentenced for statutory stalking Wednesday, September 8th. In April 2021, two men allegedly went to a bar to visit a female bartender. The visit was caught on the bar's surveillance system which is wired directly to the FBI offices which sent a platoon of FBI and Homeland Security officers to arrest the men and the bartender.

One of the men became unruly and was immediately shot and killed by law enforcement. The other man testified, claiming the bartender he was visiting didn't work at his old favorite bar anymore. The bartender was sentenced to life in prison with the chance of parole in three hundred (300) years for harboring and aiding a statutory stalker and for creating an atmosphere favorable for statutory stalking. She will be eligible for parole October 25th, 2321. The surviving man was sentenced to death for statutory stalking.

In Atlantic Beach, NC, two men and a woman were arrested in July 2021 when they were caught by patrolling undercover FBI agents joining up at a table at an outdoor patio restaurant. When it was discovered that the woman was married to one of the men and the second man was single, all three were arrested and charged with statutory stalking. The couple was sentenced to life in prison with the chance of parole in three hundred (300) years and will be eligible for parole October 15th, 2321. The single man was sentenced to death.
