James Uthmeier Charges Illegal Alien for Alleged Battery on ICE Officers (floridianpress.com) — State officials say a woman was arrested after allegedly attacking federal immigration officers during a recent traffic stop in Fort Myers, leading to three felony battery charges. According to the Attorney General's office, she's accused of kicking and punching ICE officers, with the case investigated by Florida Highway Patrol, Fort Myers ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations, and the Lee County Sheriff's Office.
