Boater caught in storm learns Americans are not accomodating.
Man in rowboat shot by neighbors when storm shoves his non-motorized boat into shore.
Cape Coral, FL; A boater is dead this morning after his rowboat was blown into private property on the Caloosahatchee River by stormy weather Monday evening and he was shot by the owners of the property. According to sources, he was out in a rowboat without a motor when a storm packing winds as high as 70 mph pounded and blew him into private property near the Lochmoor Waterway Estates area of Cape Coral, where he learned too late that Americans are not an accomodating peoples and who have no respect for anyone slower than they are. The boat and the man's body have since been removed from the property.
