Getting "help" for one having social problems is like imprisonment.

We see it all the time. Someone is rejected and isolated by the community. He gets upset over it. People tell him to go get "help." People, that "help" you're telling the outcast to get is in fact full imprisonment as even at ADX Florence or even Alcatraz like a convicted killer, even an equivalent of execution by lethal injection. Psychiatric wards are supermaximum security prisons designed to punish people deemed abnormal by the community and put them in full and total isolation. They also put people on drugs, and they drug them until they die of overdoses. That Salus Care facility on Deer Run Farms Road next to that huge church just south of Colonial Blvd is in fact a subfacility of the Florida State Prison. There are people that have been locked away in that Salus Care facility for as long as 75 years. And exactly like in a real prison, there is no privacy, including when showering, at Salus Care. Inmates at Salus Care are forbidden to make phone calls from the facility, just like in a real prison. And in fact unlike a real prison where inmates are allowed one visitor a month, inmates at Salus Care are forbidden to even have one visitor every 50 years!

When a person is having issues with people and when a community is outcasting them, the last place anyone in their right mind would ever want to send them is a place like Salus Care or ADX Florence. Both those places are prisons where people are locked away for life, fully cut off from the community, and put in the total full blown version of the exact thing that caused the person's depression in the first place; isolation.

In other words, if you suffer from depression and you get upset that nobody wants anyone in your position in their midst, the phrase "Go get help" actually means "Go to prison, go to solitary confinement, and don't ever breathe another whiff of our fresh air ever again."
