Non-business visit to Fort Myers Shores hotel lobby gets Lehigh Acres man 135 years to life in prison.

Fort Myers Shores, Fl; A Lehigh Acres man will be spending the next one hundred thirty five (135) years to life in prison after he was caught by the FBI allegedly visiting the receptionist at the front desk of the Fort Myers Shores Hotel just off Palm Beach Blvd for non-business reasons. Police say the man allegedly had a seven (7) minute non-business visit with the receptionist in July, which ended with the FBI storming in and arresting both.

Surveillance monitored and confiscated by the FBI showed the man visiting the receptionist in the hotel's main foyer until both subjects were taken into Federal custody by the FBI. The man claimed the receptionist invited him to visit her, hence both were arrested.

The man was found guilty of disrupting the business environment on Thursday November 9th at the United States Supreme Court in Washington, DC and sentenced to one hundred thirty five (135) years to life in prison. He is scheduled to begin serving his sentence at the United States Penitentiary near Marion, Il on Wednesday November 15th and will be eligible for parole on November 20th, 2158. The receptionist was charged with contributing to the disruption of the business environment for inviting the man to visit her at work and was also sentenced to one hundred thirty five (135) years to life in prison.
