Local Pickleball Pro Signs Endorsement Deal with Selkirk Sport

As the sport of pickleball continues to surge in popularity, Selkirk Sport, the leading Pickleball equipment brand, today announced new endorsement deals with some of the brightest new stars in the sport.

Dylan Frazier (Ashland, MO) and Parris Todd (Fort Myers, FL), both ranked in the Top 10 in singles, along with James Ignatowich (Del Ray Beach, FL) and Travis Rettenmaier (Tampa, FL), former tennis standouts who transitioned to pickleball, have joined Selkirk’s elite line-up of professional pickleball players. All four of these athletes participated in the upstart Major League Pickleball during the 2022 season.

20-year-old Dylan Frazier, currently a student at the University of Missouri, was introduced to the sport in 2016, and today he’s one of the top ranked players in the world. Frazier competed for the ATX Pickleballers during the 2022 Major League Pickleball season and continues to rise up through the professional Pickleball rankings.

Former Professional tennis player Travis Rettenmaier, who topped out at 57th in the world in doubles - one of the highest ranked ATP players to transition to professional pickleball – and reached the round of 16 at the 2010 French Open, was a player/owner of the Florida Smash in Major League Pickleball during the inaugural season. James Ignatowich, a newcomer to Pickleball after a widely successful Junior and NCAA Division I Tennis Career at Vanderbilt University, competed on Team Ranchers in Major League Pickleball.
