Overview of America's new statutory stalking laws.
U.S. Title 92, Subtitle R, Division T, Chapter 571, Subchapter 53, as passed by Congress and signed into law on January 1st, 2020.
Washington, DC; As many Americans are aware, new laws against what is now defined as statutory stalking have been passed by the Federal Government in January 2020. Under the new laws as follows;
No person shall form or attempt to form any type of friendship with any other person or persons, welcomed or not, beyond high school graduation.
No person shall form or attempt to form any type of friendship with any other person or persons, welcomed or not, at any college, university, or at any place of tertiary education.

No person shall form or attempt to form any type of friendship with any other person or persons, welcomed or not, at any place of work or business.
No person shall approach within less than thirty (30) feet of any other person or persons at any public-use facility, outdoor area, or event whom are not already with them, neither shall any person "meet up" with any other person or persons at any public-use facility, outdoor area, or event whom are not already with them, welcomed/invited or not.

No person shall communicate with any stranger beyond high school graduation, welcomed or not, except for business reasons only.
Violators will be arrested on sight and charged with statutory stalking which is investigated by the FBI, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and carries a sentence of three hundred (300) years to life in prison and/or the death penalty for all involved.
