People that are out after dark are annoying.

People will learn to obey the laws. There is a nationwide mandatory curfew in effect for the entire USA due to the war in Ukraine and Russia's threats of attacking other countries, as well as the current situation with Hurricane Ian. Under no circumstances whatsoever is anyone to be out after dark. In my neighborhood, anyone I see out after sunset will be reported to the police and will go to prison for terrorism, no questions asked. I will have them sent to ADX Florence.

Wow!!! Look at me! I am the proud queen of the neighborhood! Just wait until I run for President of the United States! As for whomever yells at me to go to Chicago, you, do us all a favor! Go to North Korea! Go to Hoeryong! Kim Jong-Un is your new President! I can contact ICE and have you deported as an illegal! And you know what else? If you throw a temper tantrum, I will contact Homeland Security, the military, and the FBI. All I have to do is tell them there's a bomb in your vehicle! I will make sure they are authorized to use maximum lethal force on you! And if full and total nationwide military lockdown and Martial law results from it, so be it! You are a traitor and an enemy of the state! And you know what, maybe Martial law is exactly what we need to teach people to be at home and inside at sunset!

In addition, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES whatsoever shall any tenant of any rental property do any kind of "maintenance" to the property, including cleaning out the gutters. Any such tenant will be guilty of felony theft and will go to prison. Cleaning out the gutters is MAINTENANCE job! Any TENANT who cleans out the gutters of any rental property is STEALING money and jobs from the contractors assigned to do the job. I don't care if it takes 50 years for them to get around to cleaning the gutters. I don't care if the gutters and the entire roof all collapse from gutter debris. Any tenant I see of any rental property cleaning out the gutters will be reported and will go to prison for felony theft.
