Showing up drunk at work is one of the surest ways to lose your job.

Many of us have seen it before. People getting fired for being late for work, for not making it at all, for not being on task when you're supposed to be.

Apparently, there is another big thing sure to get a person the pink slip. Showing up at work drunk and intoxicated. And it appears rightfully so, as a person drunk behind that office desk, at the dispatch center, or at the local bank or mail delivery center would not be a pretty sight.
