Stevens Construction Begins Truly Nolen Operations Building In Fort Myers

Stevens Construction has started construction of a new operations building for Truly Nolen, announced Dan Adams, vice president/principal, Stevens Construction, Inc.

Stevens Construction is building a two-story, 9,722-square-foot facility, which will house Truly Nolen’s Fort Myers sales, service and administration departments, as well as provide warehouse storage. Located at 2715 Edison Ave., the project is slated for completion in summer 2021.
The Stevens Construction team worked in preconstruction for six months prior to construction starting, providing due diligence on the project site, budgeting, constructability reviews and cost-savings suggestions to ensure Truly Nolen’s budget, schedule and quality goals are achieved.

The Stevens Construction team includes project manager, Michael Brooks; superintendent, Jamie Bridges; and project administrator, Rebeccah Cabana. The project was designed by Studio A.D. Architect.
