Too many men at area bars make for a bad dating scene.
Men outnumbering women by up to 6 to 1 at Fort Myers area bars and restaurants make for a very bad social atmosphere for guys.
Most of us have seen it before. We go to the local bar, and we see only about 20% of the crowds, 15% even, are women. The rest is all men. And then us guys watch helplessly as the guys illegally ask the women out, especially the guys in the heavy black jackets, covered in tattoos, and that are nothing but aggressive and even violent, and that you want to send even to East St. Louis.
Bars and clubs in Southwest Florida are a terrible place for single men to look for dates. There are entirely too many men and not enough women for all of the men.
