5 Things to Know Today: Friday, November 4
First Friday Art Walk, Glass Pumpkins at the Art Walk, 20 Percent Chance of Rain and more in "5 Things to Know Today."

1) Nice Night for a Walk! Come out to the First Friday Art Walk tonight from 6-10 in downtown Gulfport. Dine at a local restaurant, buy early holiday gifts and watch live music and live glass blowing demonstrations at the Industrial Arts Center. See you at the Art Walk!
2) Re-Auction: Come out tonight for the Industrial Arts Center's Great Glass Pumpkin Silent Re-Auction starting at 6 p.m. Because rain (and TV sports) kept auction-goers away last Saturday, the Industrial Arts Center has rescheduled its silent auction of nearly two dozen one-of-a-kind glass pumpkins in the Hot Shop.
3) Perform at the Holiday Hoopla: If you have a great chorus, band or small dramatic act with a holiday theme, perhaps your group would like to participate in the 3rd Annual Gulfport Holiday Hoopla put on by the Gulfport Merchants Association. Check out the announcement to find out how you can get invovled.
