99-Cent Rentals at Blockbuster: Video Store Prices Get a Makeover
Thanks to its new parent company, Blockbuster unleashes a flurry of new prices, new movies and seasonal promotions.

For those who love movies and enjoy catching up on their favorite TV shows on DVD, have no fear, because Blockbuster Video is here with a menu of cost-efficient choices for the remainder of the summer and beyond.
According to Westchase Blockbuster store manager Rebekah Vigliatura, DISH Network purchased Blockbuster about two months ago, and have been making customer-friendly changes ever since.
It comes at a pretty good time for Netflix customers, whose pockets are a bit lighter after the company’s 60 percent price hike.
