Members of Zeta Upsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. will host a Midtown Business Fair from
10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3 in the Tangerine Plaza at 1794 22nd Street South.
The Midtown Business Fair is an opportunity to bring together small business owners and entrepreneurs to showcase and sell their products and services.
The event will focus on economic empowerment and increasing community awareness of buying local goods and services from small businesses which is part of the sorority’s “Global Leadership “Through Timeless Service” national program initiative. Alpha Kappa Alpha has dedicated itself to improving the quality of life for citizens worldwide and promoting economic security. The organization is led by its 28th International President Carolyn House Stewart of Tampa, Florida.
