The Gulfport Merchants are planning a celebration to thank
residents and visitors for their support of local businesses. A party on Gulfport’s scenic waterfront will be held on the deck of the historic Gulfport Casino, 5500 Shore Blvd. South, on Friday, October 21st from 5 to 8 p.m. Enjoy views of Boca Ciega Bay as the sun begins to set. Live
music by the popular local Double M Band will offer party-goers high-energy, dance-friendly tunes. A cash bar will offer a full assortment of beverages.
During and after the event, various local shops and restaurants in the village will offer dinner specials, discounts, entertainment, artists’ exhibits and demonstrations and/or complimentary hors d’oeuvres and beverages. All shops and restaurants in the village are independent local businesses which make for a unique shopping and dining experience. Parking is always free, and the scenery of Beach and Shore Boulevards is a
lovely backdrop for an evening’s stroll.
This is a free event. All are invited to come celebrate what
makes Gulfport a special place for our locals. And you just might become
a local too!
