This dance playshop was created to assist you in journeying to the deepest levels of your being, connecting with the subtlest forms of vibrations within (cellular, sub-atomic, quantum, DNA), exploring unlimited fluidity in the etheric bodies and bringing forth that movement into the expression of the physical body.

Movement is Life - we move everyday, often in limited ways and in well grooved patterns. By consciously choosing to engage with the physical body's movement process from the deepest aspects of our being, our cellular level/DNA, we can begin to unleash our essence into ecstatic states of joy and bliss. Using the multidimensional music from Shapeshifter's catalog to assist in connecting with your limited movement patterns, we will release blocked/repressed energy and then transmute these degenerating processes into ones of regeneration & rejuvenation. This process awakens you to new possibilities in all areas of your Life. By combining experiential exercises together with music, movement and shamanic journeys, a profoundly deep connection will be made with your Higher Guidance awakening you to the awareness of your Unlimited Potentials.

The music used in this event is composed specifically for this work by Gary & JoAnn Chambers/Shapeshifter at VisionaryMusic.com. They also host regular dance events called CyberShamanic Dance Waves, where you can come together with a group of consciously aware dancers in a sacred space. This playshop is a great way to learn how to dance at these events and engage more deeply with the entire group.

Who Should Attend: Anyone who loves fun-based physical exercise, dance and movement work, anyone interested in releasing limitations from their lives, seekers of spiritual wisdom and knowledge, anyone who wants to create more joy/ecstasy in their life. Participants are encouraged to engage in this movement work at whatever level of physical movement they are currently comfortable at. Also recommended for any therapists in the healing arts field.

More about Trance Dancing: the dancer shifts their senses and awareness within, removes their focus from the hard edged external world of matter and engages the subtle awareness of the vibrational field surrounding their body. The dancer expands their consciousness to many dimensional realms and blends their energy with it through movement and dance. This enables the dancer to release the control that the thinking mind has on the muscular system, freeing up limited movement patterns that may be stuck in old mental constructs of pain or resistance.

Facilitator: JoAnn Chambers
JoAnn has been teaching yoga, movement and dance classes for over 25 years. She is also a retired psychophysical bodyworker focused in Postural Integration therapy (structural). Her teachings come from her own inner explorations into the world of free form dance expression. Her studies in dance have included Gabrielle Roth/5 Rhythms, Jonathan Wolken/Pilobous, Emilie Conrad/Continuum, Wilbert Alix/Trance Dance. Quantum Moves® is her original project along with CyberShamanic Dance Waves. All the music used in these events is created by Gary Chambers, her husband. Their company, Visionary Music, has been creating transformational music for conscious evolution since 1986.
