1. Weather: Per the National Weather Service, a warm, but pretty day in Gulfport for early July. After a low of 78 degrees overnight, the high today should top out at 91 under mostly sunny skies with a light breeze. Tonight the low should be 79.
2. Cheap gas: As of Monday evening, three gas stations in Gulfport boasted the lowest prices for gas. Liberty, at 5227 Gulfport Blvd., Sunoco, 5150 Gulfport Blvd., and Gulfport Super Gas at 2201 49th St. each had a gallon of gas for $3.05 per GasBuddy.com.
3. Fresh Market: Even though the holiday is a day away, it is not stopping the weekly Fresh Market. Stock up on your holiday goodies downtown while also checking out local crafts and artworks. The market opens at 9 a.m. and lasts until 3 p.m.

4. Argentine Tango: Learn to tango the Argentine way at the Gulfport Casino Ballroom, 5500 Shore Blvd South. The lessons begin at 6:30 p.m.
5. Learn the Art of Glass Blowing: In a six-week course that begins tonight at the Industrical Arts Center, 2902 Beach Blvd, students will learn to blow artistic glassworks. Included in the class is learning to blow balls, cylinders, bowls and plates. All materials and tools are provided with the tuition cost of $500. For information call (727) 289-9365.
