• Clearwater Beach ‘teen takeover' shooting suspect arrested (wogx.com) — A teenager who lives in Haines City was arrested there in connection with a Clearwater Beach shooting that injured another teen but was not fatal. Investigators say the dispute began weeks earlier in Winter Haven and escalated during a large, loosely organized beach gathering. Authorities across Tampa Bay are now watching similar teen “takeover” events more closely.
