He was found on Hallandale Beach Blvd near the entrance of 95 earlier today. If he is yours, please get in touch with me (Nextdoor Three Islands) - Heads up - this guy walks his dog off leash all the time around Venetian Park and Harbourwood Villas.
I mention it because his unleashed dog nipped my leashed dog when we were on a walk. When I confronted him he walked away & said he didn’t speak… (Nextdoor Three Islands)
