Residents say parcel shuffling tied to a nearby hotel project is being used to delay turnover, while they continue paying monthly dues amid broken gates, flooding issues, and worn-down common areas.
   

2. Free Hurricane Preparedness Supply Distribution and Community Drives in South Florida (miamionthecheap.com) — Homestead residents can pick up free hurricane supplies at Harris Field Park on Saturday, June 6, from 9 a.m. to noon while supplies last. Police say she drove the wrong way, allegedly tried to ram another vehicle after being told to be careful, hit a curb and another car while fleeing, and was later arrested and jailed on felony charges.
