• Indialantic faces $8M lawsuit after resort, restaurant operators call ordinances unconstitutional (wesh.com) — Indialantic is being sued in federal court for more than $8 million by local resort and restaurant operators who say the town’s sound ordinances violate their constitutional rights and hurt their businesses. The plaintiffs argue officials have too much discretion over amplified music permits and want the ordinances blocked, while town leaders are not yet commenting publicly.
