• Just a Few Friends festival fills Key West with music & memories (keysweekly.com) — Key West just wrapped up its annual Just a Few Friends festival, honoring Jimmy Buffett with concerts, a Second Line parade through Old Town, and a new city proclamation declaring “Jimmy Buffett Day.” The Labor Day weekend event raised tens of thousands for local causes and is already set to return September 2–6, 2027, giving residents another hometown celebration to look forward to.
