No arrests made one year after scuba-clad thief robbed Disney Springs (wftv.com) — Law enforcement in Lake Buena Vista still has no suspect one year after a scuba-suited robber tied up two employees at Disney Springs' Paddlefish restaurant and escaped with about $10,000 by swimming away. Deputies tracked the thief only as far as the lakeside, and investigators report no new leads or arrests. The case remains open, leaving a high-profile waterfront crime unresolved for local workers and visitors.
   

4. The Magic of Disney Animation Now Open at Disney's Hollywood Studios (disneyexperiences.com) — A major new experience, The Magic of Disney Animation, has opened at Disney's Hollywood Studios in Lake Buena Vista, giving local families and visitors fresh reasons to explore the park. The multi-area attraction features an Alice in Wonderland-themed playground, character meet-and-greets that highlight the animation process, and an Olaf-led drawing class. Guests can also watch Once Upon a Studio with added in-theater effects and explore an enchanted, animated art gallery.
