• Pasco County program helps school employees become teachers (tampabay28.com) — In Land O' Lakes, a Pine View Elementary instructional assistant is becoming a teacher through Pasco County Schools' Teach Pasco Paid Pathway, which lets non-instructional staff earn education degrees without losing pay or benefits. The district reimburses tuition and books for qualifying employees and supports paid internships, with more than 100 workers enrolled and over 30 already hired as teachers.
