4 Arrested in Pasco Armed Robbery Spree
The men have been connected to several Wednesday morning crimes, deputies say.
The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of four men in connection with a string of burglaries committed in Lutz, Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes and Tampa Wednesday morning.
Isiah James McManus, 20, Evan Alexander St. Pierre, 20, Devin Shapland, 18, and Dominic Traina, 19, all face charges related to the cases. According to the sheriff’s office, a fingerprint at one of the crime scenes revealed the identity of one of the suspects, ultimately leading to the capture of all four.
The Pasco leg of the spree began at 1:44 a.m. Wednesday when three of the four men are accused of going to the Taco Bell at 22744 State Road 54. McManus, an arrest report states, walked up to the window and pointed a gun at two employees while attempting to open the window. When the attempt failed, he got back into the car with Shapland and St. Pierre, the arrest report stated. Following arrest, McManus admitted to being present, but said one of the others attempted the robbery. Shapland works at the Taco Bell.

Another crime occurred at 2:33 a.m. at the My Broken Phone store, 1051 Bruce B. Downs Blvd. In that case, McManus, St. Pierre and Shapland are accused of attempting an armed robbery. An arrest report states McManus shot through front door of the unoccupied business five times, but was unable to break the security glass. When the attempt failed, he got back into the car with Shapland and St. Pierre.
McManus, the arrest reported noted, said he was present, but did not attempt the robbery. He told detectives he was blindfolded at the time and forced to shoot the gun, the report states.

At 6:12 a.m., a man walked into the CVS at 1929 Bruce B. Downs Blvd. in Wesley Chapel and pointed a black revolver at the cashier, an arrest report stated. The cashier put money from the register into a supplied black bag and the man fled. McManus, a probable cause affidavit states, admitted to committing the crime post arrest. St. Pierre is accused of being his accomplice in this incident.
A 7:47 a.m., a masked armed robber walked into the Circle K/Mobil station at 24929 State Road 54 in Land O’ Lakes. The man pointed a gun at the clerk and ordered her to the cash register at gun point. After receiving money, the man fled the door. McManus, arrest reports indicate, also admitted to this crime. Traina is accused of being his accomplice in this incident.
The men are also believed to be connected with a 1 a.m. robbery at a Papa Johns on Bruce B. Downs in Tampa.
All four men remain in the Land O’ Lakes Jail on charges including armed robbery, armed kidnapping, drug possession and introduction of contraband.
