Cop Called for Help Halloween Night Sexually Battered Woman, Deputies Say
The former Pasco County Sheriff's deputy admitted to the act during two recorded phone calls with the victim.

When a Pasco County Sheriff’s deputy responded to a 44-year-old woman’s call for help Halloween night, she likely thought his arrival signaled the end to her trouble.
It didn’t.
The deputy asked the woman to go into her garage. When she entered, he “became flirtatious,” pulled the woman toward him and kissed her, according to the sheriff’s office. The deputy then began kissing her neck while the woman tried to pull away from him. He is then accused of putting his hands down her pants and sexually battering her, according to an arrest affidavit.

The woman was eventually able to get the deputy to leave her home and notified the sheriff’s office of the encounter.
Two recorded phone calls were placed between the victim and the deputy in early November during which he admitted to touching her inappropriately. He also said if her family hadn’t have been home he would have done more, an arrest affidavit stated.
