Group Wedding Planned in Pasco on Valentine’s Day
Paula O'Neil, the county's clerk and comptroller, will lead the ceremony on Feb. 14.

Hoping to tie the knot on Valentine’s Day, but not sure how to pull it off on such short notice?
Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller Paula O’Neil might have the solution you’re after.
She’s officiating a group wedding ceremony on the steps of the Pasco County Historic Courthouse in Dade City on Valentine’s Day. This is the fifth year O’Neil has offered the group ceremony.

"The tradition of marriage and the historic atmosphere of Dade City are a perfect match for a momentous occasion and a new beginning," O’Neil said previously. "We look forward to joining lives together among the historic trees and beautiful architecture."
Couples that want to take part need to be sure to register for their marriage licenses by Monday, Feb. 11, 2013. The cost of a license is $93.50 and there is a three-day waiting period for the license to be valid.

The ceremony takes place at 37918 Meridian Ave. in Dade City. A time for the group event has not been announced yet.
