Pasco County Spring Break 2016: Dates
The annual break is right around the corner along with a few other dates parents might want to keep in mind.
LAND O’ LAKES, FL — Pasco County public school students eager to put up their books for a few days don’t have too much longer to wait for spring break to arrive.
The county’s schools are shutting down for spring break on Monday, March 21. While the break technically lasts until Friday, March 25, students get an extra day off March 28 for teacher planning, according to the district’s calendar.
Parents may want to take note that the Spring Florida Standard Assessment tests kick off once the break is over. Third quarter report cards are set to go home on April 4.
Once break is over, students will find no planned days off on the calendar until Memorial Day, May 30. The last day of school for this academic year is June 8.
