Pasco County Tax Collector Mike Fasano announces the retirement of Bette Seymour, who is well known to customers of the Gulf Harbors office. Bette has been a part of the Tax Collector’s Office since 2005. She worked on the frontline serving customers as a Customer Service Representative for the past nine years.

“Bette always had a smile for all customers, was happy to share her perspective with her peers, had a wicked sense of humor and was diligent in obtaining this job,” states Office Manager Kathy Reilly. “As Director of Operations Gary Joiner told us, after the 3rd application/interview, she “won him over”. Bette is truly a gem who is looking forward to happy days at home with her family.”

“Bette’s smile is infectious,” states Tax Collector Mike Fasano. “She always made visiting the Gulf Harbor’s office a pleasure. She made lots of friends among the staff and customers alike. She was a great example to her colleagues and was very helpful in helping train new employees. While she will be missed, she has definitely earned the many years of retirement that await her. We all wish her the very best as she begins this new and exciting part of her life.”
