While itβs unclear just how congested U.S. Highway 41 will become in the hours before the rally, Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco has some pretty simple advice: βGo early or avoid the area completely if youβre not going.β
Nocco said he anticipates U.S. 41 will close sometime Saturday to accommodate Romneyβs motorcade, but he couldnβt provide specific times or locations.

Security Doβs and Donβts
Spectators can plan on some pretty tight security measures for Saturdayβs rally, officials say.
βAll attendees will go through airport-like security and should bring as few personal items as possible,β the Romney campaign website says. βNo bags, sharp objects, umbrellas, liquids or signs will be allowed in the venue.β
Cameras, however, are allowed.
Nocco had a few other things to add to the list. He says participants should leave food, coolers, chairs and, of course, weapons at home. They can, however, bring cash since there will be vendors on site.
He also reminded that the event is a private one. That means people can be asked to leave at the discretion of the Romney campaign.
