Search Continues for Missing Uber Driver

The Wesley Chapel man hasn't been seen since early Sunday morning.

Pasco County Sheriff’s deputies have released more information about a missing Wesley Chapel man who hasn’t been in contact with his family since Sunday.

Sean Golden, 39, is a driver-partner with Uber. According to deputies, Golden drove a fare to the 4200 block of Tampania Avenue in Tampa early Sunday morning. He dropped off that fare and was last seen putting gas into his gray, four-door 2014 Toyota Camry at the Flying J gas station, 11555 E. Sligh Ave., at 4:30 a.m.

At the time of that Flying J sighting, Golden was not providing a ride for a fare on behalf of Uber, the company announced in a statement. Golden had served as a driver-partner with the national company since 2014.
