Motorcycles, Chevy Tahoe Collide in Largo
Three people suffered serious injuries in the accident.

LARGO, FL β The Largo Police Department is investigating a Saturday morning crash involving a group of motorcycles and a Chevrolet Tahoe.
According to the police department, the Tahoe was heading east on Ulmerton Road approaching West Rena Drive just before 12:30 a.m. The man driving the Tahoe reportedly experienced mechanical issues with his brakes and ended up crossing the median just past the turn lane for Rena Drive before stopping.
At that same time, a group of eight motorcycles was traveling west and two of the bikes were unable to avoid the Tahoe. The two bikes struck the side of the vehicle, injuring the two male drivers and one female passenger.

All three injured people were taken to Bayfront with serious injuries, police wrote in an email to media. They were last reported in stable condition, the police department reported.
The crash remains under investigation with citations pending the outcome.
