Motorcyclist Dies In Largo After Becoming Entrapped Beneath Semi Truck

LARGO, FL — A motorcyclist has died after crashing into a semi truck and getting trapped beneath the truck.

According to the Largo Police Department, on Tuesday at 7:20 p.m., a semi truck was making a right turn onto Tall Pines Drive from Ulmerton Road when the motorcyclist rear-ended the truck.

Both the motorcyclist and driver became lodged beneath the truck.

Largo Fire Rescue responded and extricated the motorcyclist, but he died at the scene.

The driver of the semi truck was not injured.
