• Largo presents hypothetical budget under Amendment 3 (wmnf.org) — Largo officials have outlined a 2028 "what if" budget showing deep cuts to fire rescue, police, libraries, parks, and community centers if Florida's Amendment 3 passes and no new revenue is raised. Commissioners stressed the scenario is informational only, but warned that higher taxes, fees, or privatizing some services might be needed to avoid major reductions in services residents rely on.
