Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office Is Hiring
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office has a number of positions open for support staff members.

LARGO, FL — Tampa Bay area job seekers with a passion for law enforcement may find a great fit at the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office. The agency has announced it’s looking for a few good recruits to fill a number of open positions.
According to an email from the sheriff’s office, applications are being accepted for a variety of citizen-performed jobs. Posts open include positions for licensed practical nurses, child protection investigator trainees, fleet technicians, school crossing guards and clerical workers.
Applicants must submit to and pass a background check and a polygraph test. In addition, the agency does require applicants to be “tobacco/nicotine free” for at least six months prior to submitting an application. Employees are required to refrain from tobacco use.
