Lealman Community Market Returns Sunday with Yard Sale, Live DJ, and a New Name

Join your neighbors for a day of deal hunting and fun!

(St. Petersburg Foundation)

The Lealman Farmers Market has officially become the Lealman Community Market, and the renamed event is kicking off with one of its biggest days of the season. On Sunday, May 31, the market opens at 9 AM at Lealman Neighborhood Park, 3890 55th Ave N in St. Petersburg, and runs through 1 PM, with activities continuing until 3 PM.

Scott Tavlin, an award-winning speaker and DJ host on Magic 94.9 FM, will be on site to provide live entertainment throughout the morning. Tavlin's presence adds a festive atmosphere to what is already shaping up to be a lively community gathering.

Shoppers can expect a full lineup of local vendors offering handmade goods and specialty products. Food options will be available on site, making it easy to spend the morning browsing without having to leave to grab a bite.

Sunday's event also features the only community yard sale of the season. Neighborhood residents have been invited to set up and sell used household items alongside regular market vendors, giving shoppers an expanded selection and plenty of opportunities for bargain hunting. Participation as a yard sale seller requires advance sign-up, so community members who want to claim a spot should register before Sunday. The yard sale runs until 3 PM, so there is extra time to browse even after the market wraps up at 1 PM.

Lealman Neighborhood Park is located at 3890 55th Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33714. Parking is available on the east side of the field.
