$8,000 Reward Offered For Tips On Man Found Dead In Pond
A reward of $8,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Carlos Saint Louis' killer.

ZEPHYRHILLS, FL -- The Pasco Sheriff's Office, in coordination with Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay and the Florida Sheriff's Association, is offering a reward of $8,000 for information leading to the arrest of Carlos Saint Louis' killer.
Crime Stoppers initially offered a $3,000 reward. Now, the Florida Sheriff's Association is offering another $5,000 for a total of $8,000. The FBI has put up billboards posting the reward.
The sheriff's office is searching for Saint Louis' killer and is still trying to locate his car.

The car is a four-door 2015 Chevrolet Sonic with the Florida tag EQS W64. It was last seen by toll plaza cameras on the Polk Parkway in central Florida. The car has front-end damage on the passenger side.
Saint Louis, 38, of 1904 E. North Bay St., Tampa,was discovered floating in the pond near State Road 54 and Eiland Boulevard. (see related story).

Deputies were called to 32715 Eiland Blvd. at about 4:30 p.m. Feb. 19, where Saint Louis' body was found in a small pond surrounded by a wooded area behind Home Depot about 300 yards west of Eiland and 500 yards north of State Road 54. There is a homeless camp in the area, according to deputies.
The Pasco Sheriff's Office has ruled his death a homicide.
He was last seen in Hillsborough County on Feb. 2 by family members.
