• Tampa students walk, bike to school as safety takes center stage at campus without buses (fox13news.com) — Students at several Hillsborough County schools in and around Lutz are joining National Walk & Bike to School Day, highlighting the need for safer routes for kids who walk or bike daily. A new partnership at Sulphur Springs K-8 aims to improve sidewalks and crossings, and organizers say lessons from this effort could influence safety improvements near other campuses, including those serving Lutz families. 
• More arrests, indictments in alleged Hamas funding pipeline involving Northshore brothers (wwltv.com) — Federal prosecutors say a 56-year-old Lutz man has been arrested and charged in Florida with allegedly sending nearly $50,000 into a global fundraising network accused of supporting Hamas. His case is part of a broader U.S.-French investigation that also targets two Louisiana brothers and several people in France, with charges that could carry decades in prison if convictions follow.
