• Madeira Beach gives green light to $115M John's Pass hotel (tampabay.com) — Madeira Beach commissioners have unanimously approved a $115 million upscale Marriott Tribute Collection hotel at John’s Pass, bringing 87 rooms, multiple restaurants, shops, and a rooftop pool to the boardwalk’s east end. The 2028 project also includes a large parking garage, public spaces, and an event stage, aiming to create a new activity hub for residents and visitors.
