• Manalapan: Sand transfer hearing postponed as Ocean Ridge gets involved (thecoastalstar.com) — Manalapan’s legal challenge to limit sand pumped south from the Boynton Inlet has been postponed until January after Ocean Ridge moved to join the case. The dispute centers on whether increased sand transfers, approved in a 10-year permit, worsen erosion on Manalapan’s beaches while other coastal towns argue the pumping is vital to keep the inlet navigable.
