• Man shot in the ear at Broward gas station, and cops find suspect in orange car (miamiherald.com) — Broward deputies say a man was critically wounded in a shooting at a Pompano Beach gas station, and a sheriff’s helicopter later tracked the suspect’s orange Buick into Margate, where video showed an object tossed into a canal. The driver was quickly stopped in traffic and arrested on attempted murder and weapons charges, while the victim was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
