The crash scene stretched several blocks, and investigators are asking anyone in Miami Gardens with information or video to contact Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers anonymously, with a possible reward up to $5,000.

2. Raw sewage in kitchen, live roaches found and P.F. Chang's makes the Dirty Dining list (local10.com) — State inspectors temporarily shut down The Villa Caribbean Shoppes in Miami Gardens after finding live roaches, numerous flies, and more than 100 dead flies in a bug zapper over kitchen equipment. The report also lists other South Florida restaurants with serious violations, all of which later reopened after cleanup and re-inspection.
