$1,000 A Day For Life FL Lottery Prize Claimed By Miami Man

A Miami man won the $1,000 a day for life top prize in the Feb. 21 Cash4Life drawing, Florida Lottery said.

MIAMI, FL — A Miami man claimed a $1,000 a day for life top prize in the Cash4Life Feb. 21 drawing, according to a Florida Lottery news release.

Hugo Juliao chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $7 million. He claimed his prize at the Florida Lottery Miami district office.

He purchased his winning Cash4Life Quick Pick ticket from the Publix on Southwest 8th Street in Miami. The retailer will receive a $10 million bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.

This popular multi-state game offers two lifetime prizes, with the chance to win $1,000 a Day for Life or $1,000 a Week for Life, Florida Lottery said. Florida is the ninth state to join Cash4Life.

Cash4Life drawings are held daily at 9 p.m. EST at the New Jersey Lottery Headquarters studio. The live drawings are streamed online here.
