10 FL Pizzerias Among Best In The Country, New Ranking Says

Some of the best pizzamakers in the country are here in Florida, according to the 50 Top Pizza guide based on the findings of a team of inspectors who anonymously evaluate pizzerias around the world.

Ten pizzerias in the Sunshine State ranked high across three categories: 50 Top Pizza USA 2026, 50 Top Pizza Slice USA 2026 and 50 Top Pizza USA 2026 - Excellent Pizzerias.

The top 15 positions in the 50 Top Pizza USA 2026 ranking and the top three in the 50 Top Pizza Slice USA 2026 ranking automatically qualify for the list of the 100 Best Pizzerias in the World, whose members will gather in Naples, Italy, on Sept. 15 for the 50 Top Pizza World 2026 awards ceremony, according to a news release from the guide.

The complete USA 2026 guide features 116 restaurants across 29 different states. New York is the most represented state with 27 restaurants, followed by California with 13 and Florida with 10.

In the 50 Top Pizza USA 2026 category, here’s how the following Florida pizzerias ranked:

• No. 5 - Francesco Martucci Miami
• No. 11 - La Leggenda
• No. 11 - ‘O Munaciello
• No. 24 - Fabrica, Tampa/St. Petersburg
• No. 50 - Lucky Dough Pizza, Pensacola

“Just four months after opening in Miami, Francesco Martucci has earned the [No. 5] spot in the 50 Top Pizza USA rankings, solidifying its place among the very best pizza makers in America,” Francesco Martucci Miami wrote in a social media post. “From Caserta, Italy to the heart of Wynwood, this recognition marks the beginning of something truly special for Miami. Honoured to stand among the best in the country — and we’re only getting started!”

The Florida restaurants in the Excellent Pizzerias category are:

• Fire in the Bricks, Palm Coast
• Il Pizzaiolo, Miami Beach
• La Natural, Miami
• Roostica, Key West

And Miami Slice nabbed the No. 3 spot in the 50 Top Pizza Slice USA 2026 ranking.

“50 Top Pizza, thank you for the incredible ranking [and] including us in the top 10 slices USA for year [three] in a row,” Miami Slice wrote in a social media post. “This award means so much to us. From our pizza lab days to today, close to opening our Coconut Grove location, we wouldn’t be where we are today without every person involved and the late nights put in along the way. Feeling grateful and proud. Vamooos.”

Because of their ranking, Francesco Martucci Miami, La Leggenda, ‘O Munaciello and Miami Slice all automatically qualify for the list of the 100 Best Pizzerias in the World.
