Broward County Man Claims $7.25 Million Florida Lotto Jackpot In Miami FL Lottery Office
A Margate man claimed the $7.25 million jackpot in the Oct. 23 Florida Lotto drawing, Florida Lottery said.
MIAMI, FL — A Broward County man claimed the $7.25 million Florida Lotto jackpot from the Oct. 23 drawing, Florida Lottery said in a news release.
Martin Pierre of Margate chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of about $5.49 million at Florida Lottery's Miami district office.
He purchased jackpot-winning Florida Lotto Quick Pick ticket from Publix at 7230 West Atlantic Blvd. in Margate. The grocery store will receive a bonus commission of $60,000 for selling the winning ticket.

The next Florida Lotto drawing will take place Wednesday at 11:15 p.m. with an estimated $4.25 million jackpot.
