Citywide Mask Rules, Business Occupancy Limits Remain In Full Effect
Penalties are in place for individuals and businesses that fail to comply with the emergency order.

The City of Miami reminds all residents, businesses owners and visitors that the use of facial coverings in public remains mandatory citywide, per Miami-Dade County emergency order, with penalties in place for individuals who fail to comply with the order. Additionally, business occupancy load restrictions and numerous health safety rules remain in effect in the City of Miami, per Miami-Dade County emergency order. Businesses that fail to adhere to these rules and enforce them with patrons and employees are subject to penalties including immediate closure.
