ATR Luxury Homes Group Closes Lower Penthouse 66 at Four Seasons Residences for $11.3 Million

Ana Teresa Rodriguez, founder and CEO of ATR Luxury Homes Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, has closed Lower Penthouse 66 at Four Seasons Residences Brickell in Miami for $11.3 million, achieving the highest price per square foot ever recorded within the building. The residence, located at 1425 Brickell Ave., #66D-66E, Miami, FL 33131, closed at approximately $2,528 per square foot, establishing a new benchmark within Four Seasons Residences Brickell.

Rodriguez represented the seller, Luis García, founder and CEO of Adonel Concrete.

Spanning 4,470 square feet, the residence was created through the combination of two units, intentionally designed to meet the increasing demand for larger-format residences with four or more bedrooms, a product that remains limited within the Brickell market.

Located on the 66th floor across the highly sought-after D and E lines, the residence offers panoramic views of the ocean and Miami skyline. The layout balances expansive entertaining areas with private living spaces, delivering both scale and functionality.

The bright and airy layout features four bedrooms and four and one-half bathrooms. Luxurious finishes include Bianco Ondulato marble floors and a fully equipped Ornare-designed kitchen with Calacatta countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The residence also features impact-resistant windows, spa-like bathrooms with Armani fixtures, LED-lit recessed baseboards, gunmetal accents and smart home technology throughout.

The principal bathroom offers soaking tubs and glass-enclosed showers, while private terraces frame sweeping views of the Miami skyline and the Atlantic Ocean. Ideal for entertaining, the residence includes expansive living and dining areas, a lounge, bar, private office, family room and maid's quarters.

The property stands out for its level of execution, materials, and overall delivery, offering a fully realized, turnkey experience that is rarely found in the resale market.

“This project was a direct response to a gap in Brickell—larger, truly turnkey ultra-luxury residences,” said Rodriguez. “Today’s luxury buyer is not just purchasing space; they are purchasing time. When a residence delivers this level of execution, it eliminates years of planning, construction, and uncertainty. That is where real value is created.”

Four Seasons Residences is an ultra-luxury 70-story condo-hotel tower situated in the heart of the Brickell Financial District of Miami. Building amenities include an expansive 2-acre sun deck with lush landscaping, hammock gardens, a heated swimming pool, kids' pool, lounge chairs and whirlpool, poolside dining, two restaurants, an on-site boutique and a business center. Residents have access to a 50,000-square-foot Equinox fitness club offering group fitness classes and personal training, along with an Equinox full-service spa offering a variety of health and beauty treatments. Building services include personalized concierge services, 24-hour in-room dining, 24-hour security, 24-hour valet parking, laundry and dry-cleaning services, activities for kids and housekeeping.
