Cricket Wireless Opens 3 New Stores Around Miami

The AT&T subsidiary announced that its no-contract phone services are now available in 122 military exchanges, including 6 in Florida.

MIAMI, FL — Three new Cricket Wireless stores have opened around the Miami area. The stores are at 18300 NW 2nd Avenue, 3598 NW 27th Avenue and 5697 SW 137th Avenue. Meanwhile, the AT&T subsidiary announced that its no-contract phone services are now available in 122 military exchanges on U.S. based military bases, including five Florida Air Force Bases and a Naval Station — MacDill in Tampa; Eglin near Valparaiso; Patrick near Cocoa Beach; Naval Station Mayport in Jacksonville; Hurlburt Field near Mary Esther; and Tyndall near Panama City.

Cricket Wireless plans start at $30 per month and have proven popular with their all-inclusive prices and no annual contracts for unlimited talk and text. With the new stores, Cricket now has 100 locations in South Florida.

“These new stores will help meet the growing needs of our customers in South Florida,” said Leon Duarte, market director for Cricket Wireless. “We want to make our products and services easily accessible to shoppers. More stores will help us do that.”
