Miami-Dade Teenager Found Safe
Police said that Glenda Agustin-Juarez was found safe on Monday.
MIAMI, FL — Miami-Dade police have located a missing teenager. Sixteen-year-old Glenda Agustin-Juarez had been last seen in the 14600 block of SW 295th Street on Nov. 26. Police believed that the girl was with 27-year-old Elmer Helcias Tiu Carreto, who was identified by news organizations as her step father.
"The juvenile, Glenda Agustin-Juarez, has been located safe and unharmed," Detective Alvaro Zabaleta confirmed on Monday afternoon.
Police did not say where they found Agustin-Juarez or who she was found with. Zabaleta said that no further details were immediately available.
