Miami Fourth of July 2017 Fireworks: Times, Locations, Weather And Parking
There will be plenty of fireworks displays around the Miami area to choose from on July 4, 2017. Keep watching this list for more events.

MIAMI, FL — It's time to finalize your Fourth of July plans. As in other years, there are plenty of fireworks displays around the Miami area to choose from. Patch has compiled the following list of holiday celebrations and parking information. We'll keep adding more right up to the holiday so bookmark this page and keep checking back.
Fourth of July weather for the Miami area as of Sunday will begin with an overnight drizzle. The high will be 89 and the low will be 82. The chance of precipitation has now fallen to 3 percent. Winds will be 10 mph from the east southeast, according to darksky.net.

America's Birthday Bash
This is the big one. Bayfront Park will celebrate America's independence with South Florida's largest free fireworks display.
"Bayfront Park is a great place to celebrate the Fourth of July in the heart of downtown Miami," said city Commissioner Frank Carollo, who chairs the Bayfront Park Management Trust.
The event includes a free Kids' Zone, food and beverages and the largest free fireworks show in South Florida on July 4. Bayfront Park will be open all day. The park is located at 301 N. Biscayne Blvd., Miami, FL 33132
The Kids' Zone will run from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. with the fireworks show set for 9 p.m.

America's Birthday Bash is presented by Bayfront Park Management Trust, a limited agency of the City of Miami, with support from the City of Miami, the mayor and the Miami City Commission. Additional support is provided by the Miami Downtown Development Authority and Bayside Marketplace.
Park at Bayside Marketplace or across the street at metered spots. There is also metered parking around the Intercontinental Hotel. If you prefer to take public transportation, you can ride the Metrorail to Government Center and then board the free Metro Mover to Bayfront Park

Family Fest, Charles Hadley Park, 1350 NW 50th St. This free party runs from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. It features a bounce house, music, rides, family games, food trucks and fireworks. The fireworks will begin at 8:55.
Parking will be limited along the front of the park. Additional parking will be available in the adjacent school parking lot.

You can also celebrate Independence Day at Doral’s newest 20,000-square-foot entertainment venue, Kings Bowl Miami-Doral, 3450 Northwest 83rd Avenue. Kings Bowl is located at CityPlace and is featuring ‘MERICA themed food for the holiday.
"There's something for groups of all sizes, so bring the BBQ indoors and let us do all the work," according to the business. "Escape the heat and enjoy quality BBQ and other American style classics, handcrafted by Kings Bowl’s executive-chef driven kitchen; dishes include the Spicy Korean BBQ burger and the BBQ pulled pork sandwich. The Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science is kicking off Fourth of July with a bang from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The event features a DJ, BBQ-style food for purchase and views of the fireworks across Biscayne Bay. In addition, the museum’s exhibitions will be open throughout the night with planetarium laser light shows running every 15 minutes. Museum admission is reduced for July 4 to $21 for Adults; $15 for children 3-11. It is free for Frost Science members. Cooler and outside food and beverages will not be permitted. Tickets are non-refundable. Rain or shine. The museum is located at 1101 Biscayne Blvd.
E11EVEN MIAMI presents LIL JON on Monday, July 3rd. Known for his entourage of celebrity friends, expect the ultimate party experience.
Miami Beach
The Miami Beach Fourth of July celebration will take place along Ocean Terrace in North Beach from 73 to 74 Streets.
Festivities begin at noon on July 4 and run until 9 p.m. when fireworks light up the skies above Miami Beach.
There will be a kid zone, food trucks and free entertainment that includes musical performances by Spam All Stars, Inner Circle and The Wailers.
The Wailers Band brought reggae to the attention of the world outside of Jamaica. Through the concerted musical support they supplied during the 1970s, the band helped elevate Bob Marley to achieve the status of the first “Third World Superstar,” and in the process, brought the reggae of their native Caribbean island to audiences on every continent.
The city's Melissa Berthier told Patch that Ocean Terrace will also be the best place to catch the fireworks. Ocean Terrace runs along the beach near the North Beach Bandshell.
Park in the municipal lot on the west side of 73 Street and Collins Avenue or ride the city's free trolleys. All of the activities are free.
Sponsored by Coca-Cola, this outdoor festival kicks off at 11 a.m. with free yoga on the beach by GreenMonkey and food trucks beginning at 11:30 a.m.
Free entertainment with DJs and a kid zone featuring a rock climbing wall, bungee station, inflatable slide and a face painting station will follow at noon.
Take in the sounds of Miami favorites Spam AllStars at 3 p.m. and Inner Circle at 5:15 p.m., followed by The Wailers at 7:30 p.m.
A free shuttle service will operate from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.between the 42 Street garage (stop located southbound Sheridan Avenue north of 41 Street) and the North Beach Bandshell. Service frequency is 30 minutes. In addition, attendees can use the free citywide trolley service operating from 6 a.m. to midnight (exception is Alton-West Loop which operates 8 a.m. to midnight). Lolo’s Surf Cantina, 161 Ocean Dr., is offering Mexican BBQ on the Fourth. The Baja-inspired eatery is cranking out their grill for a day of Mexican cuisine — served BBQ style. Lolo’s patio area will be open for the holiday with drinks and food in the casual space. Experience a variety of Lolo’s staples as well as exclusive new menu items including a Mexican hot dog and chicken tacos.
Shore Club, 1901 Collins Ave, is having a July 4th penthouse party. Guests can enjoy light bites and a private bar while dancing to summer tunes around the rooftop pool, all with the perfect view to watch the fireworks. Celebrations run from 7-10 p.m. RSVP is required. Click here.
The Confidante Hotel, 4041 Collins Ave, is featuring a poolside BBQ from noon - 6 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday. The event includes a DJ, complimentary jello shots and themed cotton candy for $14. Cocktail specials will include Independence Spice, which is made with Basil Hayden’s Bourbon, lemon juice, blackberry, mint and sparkling wine. Sugar Factory, 1144 Ocean Drive and 647 Lincoln Rd. is offering a Red, White and Boom vanilla milkshake for the holiday. Served in a royal blue, white chocolate ganache-dipped mug and decorated with red, white, and blue sour gummy stars, this drink is a site to behold. With its whipped cream topping, sprinkled dipped marshmallows and blue pinwheel top, it’s the perfect way to celebrate your patriotic sweet tooth.
North Bay Village
North Bay Village celebrates the nation's 241st birthday on July 4 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The event will feature a Don't Look Down Wet Slide for kids eight and older, a Kahuna Waterslide for kids five and under, Mini Indy Go Karts for kids seven and under, a DJ and free hot dogs and hamburgers. The North Bay Village Optimist Club will be selling refreshments.
The fun takes place on the athletic field of Treasure Island Elementary School, 7540 E. Treasure Drive. Village Minibus service will be available from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Parents should pack sunscreen and a towel.

Aventura
The City of Aventura will hold its 22nd annual Independence Day fireworks celebration on July 4 at 9 p.m. The patriotic aerial display can be viewed from any location along Country Club Drive.
Parking is available at Aventura Mall along Country Club Drive. But city officials said that residents and visitors will not be permitted to park directly on Country Club Drive.

You can also celebrate America’s 241st birthday at Turnberry Isle Miami. Locals and hotel guests can enjoy live music and savor classic American barbecue on the resort’s golf course from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. But this event requires tickets.
In addition to American BBQ, ticket prices include gourmet food trucks, unlimited beer, wine, iced tea and lemonade. All guests will also receive free valet parking.
Turnberry Isle Miami is located at 19999 West Country Club Drive in Aventura. Turnberry members can purchase adult tickets for $65 and $35 for children. A family pack of tickets for two adults and two children costs $150. Hotel guests pay $89 for adults, $45 for children and $175 for the family pack. Others pay $89 for adults, $50 for children, $199 for a family pack. A two-night stay booked through July 4 includes tickets to the event as well as a free third night stay.

Miami Gardens
The city will hold its Fourth of July celebration between 5 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on July 4 at the Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex, 3000 NW 199th Street in Miami Gardens.
The event features bounce houses, three-on-three basketball, flag football, face painting, food trucks, old school games, a kids zone, indoor pool and fireworks.
Fireworks burst onto the skies over Miami Gardens at 9 p.m.
Hialeah
The City of Hialeah will hold its Annual Independence Day Celebration presented by Leon Medical Centers from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Ted Hendrick Stadium, 4800 Palm Ave, Hialeah.
"Celebrate with family and friends and experience our vibrant city at its best," according to the event invite. "With a variety of food trucks, activities at the kids zone, and even a live concert, this event will be one that you can't miss!"
